Gioia De La Feld - Head of marketing
Appointed Head of Marketing in 2020, Gioia was born in Miami, Florida and has lived in São Paulo, Brazil; San Juan, Puerto Rico; and Lima, Peru. Gioia is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Italian. Currently she studies at Babson College in Massachusetts and has a keen passion for business, art, and writing in the form of short essays and poems. She is a writing center consultant at Babson College and intends to pursue a career in marketing after graduation.
nicholas bourdon - Director of Smiles
Appointed Director of Smiles in 2021, Nicholas focuses on the southern expansion of Graceful Gears as well as its operations. Nicholas graduated with a B.S. in Business from Babson College in Massachusetts concentrating in Real Estate and Operations Management. He currently runs a software business out of South Florida.
