Paul Mocur Jr. - President
Founder of Graceful Gears, Paul currently serves as President on the Board of Directors. Paul founded the organization after giving a ride to a boy with a serious medical condition. Knowing that he could bring that amazing experience to others, Paul decided to create Graceful Gears. Paul currently studies at Babson College in Massachusetts where he is pursuing a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Real Estate. Paul currently invests in real estate and intends to pursue this interest as a full time career after graduation.
Richard Lucki - Secretary
Appointed the position of Secretary in 2017, Richard graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in France. Served in Berlin as a part of the French military forces. In 1972, he worked at Overseas Engineering Service dedicated mainly to Peugeot Automobiles Projects in the US. Became Peugeot Inc's Assistant to the Technical Director, then Manager of the U.S. Technical Research of Peugeot. In 1992 he opened PSA Peugeot Citroen U.S. Corporate Office in Southfield, MI. In 2012 he was appointed Executive Director and named VP and Treasurer of Peugeot Motors of America. Richard retired in 2016 and since then has lived in Southern Florida.
Kristof von Czarnowski - Treasurer
Appointed Treasurer of the Board of Directors in 2018 Kristof has helped organize every Graceful Gears event. Since receiving his BS in Electrical Engineering from Oakland University in 2019, he has been an Engineer at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles focusing on the computation of electro-magnetic interactions between electronic devices and working on his masters in Electrical Engineering. Kristof has a strong knowledge of automotive history and current trends.
